By downloading the AGRINVEST mobile application (“App”) from the App Store ?, Google Play, or from any other location, whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy (this “Agreement”), whether or not you create a Agrinvest account. If you wish to create an Agrinvest account and make use of the Service, please read this Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, use and disclose your Personal Information. If you choose to use Facebook login you authorize us to access and use certain Facebook account and information. Over time, as we expand our Services, we may collect other personal information from you, such as your mobile number.
With your Agrinvest account, you can go to your personal profile and review the information in your profile. The information you can update is your email, mobile number, as well you can updated your profile picture at any time. If you created an account using Facebook, your information may be updated when you update it in Facebook.

Content may not be submitted to Agrinvest App, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: i. Sexually explicit materials. ii. Obscene, defamatory, libellous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity. iii. Content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent. iv. Content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms. v. Gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker. vi. User can’t violate the ELUA. vii. When a user block another user, than he/she will not able to send message/communicate with each other. viii. A user can report another user on his relatively images and contents.
