1. General Information

AGRINVEST owns and distributes intangible digital services. We can not issue full refunds after product delivery or related services completion due to their nature. This policy clarifies refund cases and exceptional circumstances that make our services not eligible for a full or partial refund.

2. Causes for a Refund

AGRINVEST may provide full or partial product and service refunds under exceptional circumstances. The reasons that make us honor customer refund requests are as follows.

  • Service not rendered. Buyers can request the service cancellation before the actual services of the business user starts. Users should submit such requests within 1 (one) month from the purchase date.

  • Delayed service delivery. Business users can request a refund if the service provider can not deliver it within a specified time frame due to unexpected issues on the service provider’s side. Note that the service starts after the buyer provides all the information required for the service delivery. Failure to supply such information on time may result in declining the refund request.

  • Service not-as-described. Clients should submit such requests within 7 (seven) days from the service payment. Clients must provide clear evidence proving that the delivered service does not match its description.

3. How to Request a Refund

Clients should give it up to 24 business hours for AGRINVEST to handle the issue before submitting a refund request. If AGRINVEST cannot resolve it, business users should send a request to AGRINVEST representatives. AGRINVEST Billing Department examines the claim within 2 (two) weeks after receiving a client request. The client should supplement the initial claim with detailed and grounded reasons why they apply for a refund referring to this Refund Policy.
